Quebec Milk-Fed Veal scaloppini with
avocado in green pepper sauce
Yield: 2 servings
Preparation: 15 minutes

  • 50 ml (3 tbsp) canola oil
  • As required all purpose flour
  • 6 Quebec Milk-Fed Veal scaloppini (40 g each)
  • 1 ripe avocado, thinly sliced
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) butter
  • 100 ml (1/2 cup) white wine
  • 1 pkg “O’Sole Mio” Pepe Verde sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation
  • Heat oil in skillet.
  • Lightly dredge the milk-fed veal scaloppini in flour and sear each side in skillet for approx. 1 minute. Set aside.
  • In the same skillet, remove excess oil, melt butter, add avocado and cook for
    approx. 1 minute. Deglaze with white wine. Reduce by half.
  • Add the “O’Sole Mio” Pepe Verde sauce and mix well.
  • Add the milk-fed veal scaloppini and stir gently. Let simmer until desired consistency has been reached.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
