Oriental-Style Quebec Milk-Fed Veal |

- 120 g (1/4 lb) top round (filet) Quebec Milk-Fed Veal, trimmed and cut into strips
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) sesame oil
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) white wine
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) soya sauce
- 80 g (1/3 cup) carrots, cut into julienne
- 80 g (1/3 cup) celery, cut into julienne
- 80 g (1/3 cup) zucchini, cut into julienne
- 60 g (1/4 cup) broccoli florets
- 10 ml (2 tsp) sesame seeds

Preparation
- Heat the oil in a deep skillet and sauté the veal strips just until golden.
- Deglaze the pan with the wine and add the soya sauce. Add the vegetables and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot.
